Auction site launch details

The new auction site is scheduled to go live on September 6, offering bidding on more than 200 items.

Registration is available via the My account page, under the Members-Only Auction pull-down menu. You must be a member of the San Diego County Philatelic Library to be able to bid. Following registration, you will receive an invitation to set up your account and create your login for the site. A password for the auction will be established after the invitation, which you will use to log in, place bids, and monitor your bidding activity.

Bidding operates similarly to well-known online auction platforms: you may submit a maximum bid, and the system will increment your bid only if another bidder places a higher bid than the opening amount.
