The Board of directors of the San Diego County Philatelic Council met Tuesday afternoon at the San Diego County Philatelic Library to review and discuss the revised By-Laws. Dave and Trice Klauber and Dave Waller compose the By-Laws committee.

Dave brought his computer and the committee’s most current version of the bylaws. A lively discussion ensued. Neil called on Scott Boyd for his suggestions. This helped stimulate the discussion with input by many other members of the board. Revisions were made on the fly, and after one and half hour, the final version was hammered out. The board signed and Neil as president initialed all the pages. Here is a link to the revised By-Laws as adopted.
